Job Title Commercial manager

A wholesale pharmacy is willing to recruit a highly motivated and enterprising person for this post
Roles
- Plan, organize direct and control medical sales staff to meet set objectives
- Train and review performance of the sales team
- Offer  coaching, motivation, counseling advice and all necessary support to the sales team
- Making regular customer visits to ensure that their needs are met
- Developing and making all business proposals

Qualifications
A Science degree from a recognized University
A good understanding of the pharmaceutical sector and the challenges faced by the market
Ability to forge strong relationship in a commercial environment




Good time management skills and ability to priorities task
An experience of 5 years at least in the pharmaceutical business
