Job Summary: The Learning & Development Specialist will support the Talent Manager in designing and facilitating the implementation of Umeme's corporate training plan.

Key Duties:
Take lead in Umeme’s organization-wide training needs analysis to identify organizational learning opportunities and consult with the business on suitable learning solutions.
Design, plan and implement blended learning solutions aligned to Umeme's organizational strategy.
Plan, source and co-ordinate Training Programmes and Courses.
Design and implement formative and summative training assessments with a feedback mechanism incorporated for managers, participants and facilitators.



Develop and implement apprenticeship programs and experiences that will groom lower-level employees for executive positions.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
The ideal candidate for the Umeme Learning & Development Specialist must have an extensive in- depth and breadth of knowledge, skills and experience in delivering, evaluating and implementing organizational wide training solutions
The job holder must also possess a basic Human Resource Degree or a degree in a related discipline.
