Job Summary: The incumbent will mainly be responsible for the installation, implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System and requirements of the ISO 9001:20008 Quality Management systems- requirements.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Guarantee that the processes needed for the quality management system are established, implemented and maintained.
Report to top management / Directors on the performance of the quality management system and any need for improvement.
Promote awareness of customer requirements throughout the organization.
The jobholder also has the responsibility to liaise with external parties on matters relating to the quality management system.
Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of the organizations mission specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning.
The applicant should ideally possess a good University graduate, with administrative and analytical skills able to develop and present effective reviews on departmental monthly reports.
Possess the ability to audit data and report to the Senior Management team in power point presentations.
Skills and Experience:
A minimum of three years' proven experience in driving a Quality management system in an organization and other administrative duties.
Excellent computer skills and proficient in excel, word, outlook, and access.
Excellent communication, report writing skills, leadership and decision making skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style.
