Job Summary: The Product/Proposition Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining the full product portfolio for the company’s different customer segments.  The primary objective of the Product Proposition Manager is to ensure that the company’s product offering meets the needs of the target segments. This will encompass increasing the profitability of existing products to developing new products for the company. The Product Proposition Manager will build products from existing ideas, and help to develop new ideas based on their industry experience and customer and market insight.



 Responsibilities:
Managing the entire life cycle of products and propositions from strategic planning to tactical activities.
Working with key stakeholders to monitor, analyze and understand customer data and usage behaviors so as to drive product revenue.
Proactively seeking opportunities to incorporate new technology, products, partnerships and business opportunities.
Maintaining product revenue and growth as well as conducting analysis of profitability of the product portfolio.
Overseeing the product/proposition roadmap that has been approved by the management team (including pricing, products and services).
Staying abreast with the latest market developments and trends, and translating these into new products and services.

Qualifications,
The applicant should possess a good University degree in Business, Communications or Marketing; other degree holders with supplemental commercial education (MBA or Advanced Marketing Degree) will also be considered.

Skills and Experience:
Three or more years’ experience in Marketing or a similar position.
High level of innovation expertise.
Ability to work with, and guide marketing agencies.
Highly proficient in all MS Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and database experience.
Good written and oral English language skills.
Ability to manage multiple activities with tight timelines from conception through execution.
Ability to communicate with and manage virtual teams from all areas of the company including technical, financial, sales and other marketing functions.
Willingness to work long hours as and when required.
Possess the ability to think strategically and also execute hands-on tactical solutions.
Prior experience of working in a fast-paced commercial environment.
The incumbent must possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy and a big-picture vision.
