General Manager
Amber House Ltd, a company dealing in property management would like to recruit a General Manager who will be responsible for providing strategic leadership to an energetic and well-motivated team.S/he shall report to the Board and will be responsible for formulating and implementing the company’s strategic plan.
Qualifications:
• A master’s degree in Business Administration
• 5-10 years’ experience at senior management level in a reputable organization.
• Experience in real estate management will be an added advantage.
Core Competences:
• Strong management and leadership skills, with a high degree of accountability
• Good working knowledge and experience in developing and implementing strategic plans and policies
• Knowledge about trends and practices affecting the industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good business and financial acumen
• Track record of demonstrated integrity and honesty.
• Strong analytical skills.
The successful applicant will be offered a two-year renewable contract upon successful completion of a 4-month probationary period.
