Responsibilities
• Assists in the planning , coordination and completion of daily activities regarding hardware and network engineers;
• Monitors daily operations of infrastructural hardware devices and processes related to teams areas of responsibilities;
• Responsible for delivering services on time and within budget.
• Identifies opportunities to improve team efficiencies and suggests necessary action to superior.
Requirements
• Bachelors degree in Informatics, Computer Science or equivalent .
• 5 years experience in network/infrastructure management .
• 2 years I.T supervisory and management experience as IT infrastructure supervisor or equivalent .
• Expertise in networking in a global environment including TCP/IP , DNS,WAN/LAN, VoLP.
