Risk & Compliance Officer
Uganda Development Bank Limited is seeking to employ qualified suitable applicants for the vacant post above.Major Duties
• Review procedures and report major risks facing the Bank in line with the Bank ‘s Risk Management procedures
• Regularly visit business units of the Bank and meet with its managers to promote imbedding risk management into the culture and daily activities of Bank in line with the best practice.
• Maintain a cost benefit focus on Enterprise Risk Management in the Bank.
• Communicate and manage the establishment and ongoing maintenance of Enterprise Risk Management pursuant to the Bank’s risk management strategy
Qualifications
• An Honors Degree in any business field
• Minimum of 5 years cognate experience
