Job Title: IPPS Help desk Supervisor

The Ministry of Public Service is seeking to recruit suitable qualified applicants to fill the vacant post above .
Duties
Will be responsible for the supervision , administration and management of the IPPS Help desk, including IPPS Help desk support staff .
She will also work with the IPPS team and will be in charge of the IPPS project implementation team for the successful implementation of the IPPS.
Qualifications
An Honors Bachelors degree from recognized institution of higher learning .
Should have experience in IT systems support.
Experience in team supervision dealing with critical client service situations regarding related support issues id essential.
At least 5 years experience in providing customer care services in a busy environment
Experience in supporting HR and Payroll systems will be an added advantage.
Knowledge of the Uganda Public Service is an added experience .
