Regional Human Resources Officer - Right To Play International in Kampala


Job Title: Regional Human Resources Officer

Right To Play is an international humanitarian organization that uses specially -designed sport and play program to improve health .
Key Result Areas
Compliance with Right To Play International HR policies and practices , making adjustment for local labour laws where required
Provide HR support to managers in all employee relations matters
Monitor recruitment practices and provide EASA oversight of the field recruitment
Provide support in determining training needs of staff and take lead or provide support in arranging /delivering training as needed
Qualifications
University Degree in Human Resources /Personal Management and/or higher Diploma in Human Resources
Masters Degree is desirable
Experience
5 t0 7 years Human Resources management experience in the non-profit sector
Competency based HR practices and International HR experience with a strong focus on the East and Southern Africa Region.
