Job Title: IT Technical Support Specialist
Grant Thompton Uganda is a member of Grant Thompton Interventional Limited having two offices in Kampala and Jinja.
Responsibilities
• Networking management , data security , back up, server management and troubleshooting
• Ensuring that all IT equipment’s are up to date and maintained well
• Updating softwares and its licensed installations
• Monitoring performance of each computer and IT equipment
Requirements
• Have Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field.
• Have sound knowledge of latest server based computer hardware , software and risks associated with it.
• Have at least 3 years relevant experience in working for an established organization
