Job Title: Claims Manager
Deloitte Uganda Limited is seeking to recruit suitably qualified individuals for the position above .
Responsibilities
• Designing , implementing , monitoring and evaluation of claims processing and related systems of the company ;
• Ensuring that budgeting for the department is carried out within the given parameters and delivered in time ;
• Ensuring proper management of Legal matters by handling legal documentation ;
• Maintenance of sound business relationships with key stakeholders .
Qualifications
• First University Degree , preferably Social Sciences , Law , or any related field ;
• Be a Qualified insurer with the Association of Chartered Insurance Institute ;
• Have a minimum of five years post qualification experience
• Have thorough knowledge of non-life insurance business
• Have good written and oral communication skills
• Demonstrate leadership ability
