Job Title: Operation Manager

Our client CAROIL Uganda , a part of Caroil Tuscany International Drilling Group involved in drilling operations in Uganda is seeking experienced Ugandans in the oil field to fill the vacant position above.
Responsibilities
• Supervise maintenance, procurement and logistical departments.
• Responsible for operations and cost reports for rig and explanation of vacancies .
• Develop and maintain cordial relations with operational level representatives of the customer .
• Ensure that line managers comply with and promote safety and company policies
Requirements
• Should be Ugandans
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar position in the oilfield or 15 years of experience in oil rig or in oilfield office administration .
• International Well Control Certification (IWCF) at Supervisory Level
