Diakonia Sweden is a Christian development organization working with local partners for sustainable change for the most vulnerable people of the world.
Responsibilities
• An end of project evaluation for the Community Empowerment Project implemented by Forum for Women in Democracy & Diakonia with funding support from the European Union under the Democratic Governance & Accountability Program (DGPA)
• A mid-term review of the Country program (2011-2014) implemented with support from the Embassy of Sweden in Uganda.
• A capacity enhancement process for partner organizations in Disaster Risk Reduction and Management /building resilience.
• A process to enhance Advocacy cycle management in partner programs.
Minimum qualifications
• Working knowledge of Human Rights and gender based programming
• Working knowledge in any of the thematic areas
• Working knowledge of participatory approaches to development
• Experience in working with and /or reviewing similar projects either as part of a team or individually
• Strong analytical and documentation skills
