To implement the strategic goals and objectives of the organization. To give direction and leadership toward the achievement of the organization's philosophy, mission, strategy, and its annual goals and objectives."
1. Develop a tactical/operational plan to advance the company's mission and objectives and to promote revenue, profitability, and growth as an organization.
2. Oversee company operations to insure efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources.
3. Take an operational role in HR projects as and when needed
4. Assist the sales team in pre-sales
6. Review activity reports and financial statements to determine progress and status in attaining objectives and revise objectives and plans in accordance with current conditions.
7. Evaluate performance of Task Managers and direct reports for compliance with established policies and objectives of the company and contributions in attaining objectives/performance appraisals
9. Represent the company at forums sessions, committee meetings, and at formal functions.
10. Promote the company to national constituencies.
11. Build a network using personal contacts, direct mail, special events, and foundation support.
12. Present finances on a monthly basis
