It is therefore the company wish to recruit qualified persons

Under the supervision of the Project manager, he/she will be responsible for planning, development and implementation of the integrated monitoring and evaluation strategies
Roles
- Monitoring lead the design and implementation of monitoring framework to be able to achieve the set project goals and objectives
- Design the monitoring system including methodologies, tolls, and indicators for monitoring and assessing the project
- Evaluation lead analysis of data collected




- Design a process evaluation platform that tracks daily operations
- Reporting provide regularly updated reports or the status of the implementation goals and objectives

Qualifications
A Degree in social science, Economics, Statistics, development Planning or Related field

Experience
2-3 years of professional work experience in program monitoring and evaluation
Good computer skills and other software
Ability to work in a team
