The company has built a strong relationship with the farmers and is continuo sly working hard to implement various projects that are aimed at sustaining and increasing coffee production and productivity in coffee growing areas. It is therefore the company wish to recruit qualified persons

Under the supervision of the Chief operation officer he/she will be accountable for successful delivery of the project right from commencement to project completion, through the initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control and closing phases
Key Result Area
Provide decision making across all projects related issues
Identify, maintain and manage project budgets



Manage project plan and ensure that it remains within the agreed scope schedule cost and quality
Identify team resources required by members
Ensure that organizational elements of the project are addressee and integrated

Qualification
Degree in any science related field
Post graduate diploma in project planning, agronomy, HRM or Public Administration will be an added advantage
Experience
3 -4 years in Project management
Computer literacy
Possess strong leadership skills
Highly developed problem solving and organizational skills
Ability to manage and support management of financial and operational resources
