We are currently recruiting for the following positions for the Uganda Operations that are based at Head Office and our various Regional Offices.
Responsibilities:
Overseeing all Collections and ensuring that all loans in arrears are effectively monitored to significantly reduce loan delinquency.
Adequately formulate, develop and implement appropriate strategies to recover all arrears
Qualifications,
The applicant should ideally possess a Business degree or Master’s level in economics or business administration.
Skills and Experience:
At least eight (8) years post qualification experience with 3 years in a management position in a regulated financial institution; with experience in debt management.
