Job Summary: The Sales Executive – Agricultural Equipment will be responsible for developing the market & promotion of a major international Agriculture equipment manufacturer in Uganda for the Toyota franchise.
Key Duties:
The Sales Executive will establish a mid-term plan for Tractor Agri-equip in line with overall strategy of the company.
Responsible for the establishment and implementation of a Sales strategy and targets to be achieved.
In charge of the development and maintenance of a strong understanding of the agriculture sector in order to develop the market and maximise penetration.
Capture and analyse trade market data in the areas of product range, sales trends, competitor activities & trade terms.
Report on actual results against forecast / budget.
Qualifications,
The ideal Toyota employee must hold a bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Engineering or another business related discipline
Skills and Experience:
Five or more years’ experience in a similar role
Excellent communication, negotiation & Interpersonal skills.
