Job Title: Project Coordinator
The Uganda Society for Disabled Children is a Ugandan based NGO committed to recognizing and equalizing the rights of Children and disabilities . USDC exists to help children with disabilities and their families access resources and opportunities to enable them to achieve their full potential .
Main Duties
• You are the main point of contact and lead personnel ensuring the effective delivery of the project
• Implement and monitor a project plan for the three year project life cycle in line with the output set out in the DFID log frame.
• Regulary review project timeline, deliverables and planned project activities ,ensure timely delivery and coordination of all project work streams concurrently.
• Support the development of project materials , toolkits and trainings alongside Child to Child consultants
Monitoring and Evaluation
• Ensure that robust M&E are in place and review achievement against DFID Log frames on a weekly basis
• Surpport in the design and implementation of monitoring frameworks and tools including analysis , KAP survey & other monitoring tools)
• Ensure regular tracking of project progress at community level , school, district and national levels
• Organize the collection of and synthesize and analyze data from the 9 project schools and other project activities .
