Qualifications
• Masters degree preferred in Business Administration , Social Sector Planning , Project Planning or Management
• Continuous experience of 5 years in similar position
• Proven leadership ability in Strategic Development .
• Ability to build a membership organization
• Strong management and supervisory skills
• Excellent communication skills , both written and oral ;strong presentation skills
• Experience in Management of Micro finance institutions
• Good Advocacy and negotiation skills
