Job Title: Monitoring, Reporting and Evaluation Specialist

Peace Corps is an agency of the United States Government , which sends American volunteer development workers to assist in capacity building and technical assistance activities in over 70 countries worldwide .
Key Responsibilities
Design and operationalize monitoring and evaluation plans for projects undertaken by Peace Corps Uganda and PCVs
Contribute to the agency ‘s overall aim to create a toolkit and supportive, data-driven case studies
Oversee responsible and effective data collection activities
Develop strategic and safe data storage solutions for program teams .
Education : Master’s degree in Evaluation Program Management , Social Sciences or related field .
Strong ability to communicate effectively in English , both verbally and in writing
Experience conducting impact evaluations for federal funding agencies such as USAID
Practical field experience across a broad range of programmatic areas and contexts
