Job Title: Graphic Designer
The Daily Monitor is recruiting candidates for the vacant position above.
Responsibilities
• Booking adverts ; Recieves adverts , pictures , artwork and logos from editorial , advertising sales team and direct clients
• Quality control ; Checks for quality, sizes and specifications of materials received .
• Coordination with Copydesk officer ;Ensures that the adverts or artworks are served and reach internal and external clients within set deadlines
• Clients approvals; to Achieve agreed targets and settings that are appealing and attractive..
Qualifications
• University Degree in Commercial Printing Industrial Art and Design or a related field. A Professional qualification in Graphics Design is an added advantage
• At least 2 years working experience as a professional graphic designer
• Functional knowledge of the program for graphic design animation and typography
• A creative and innovative thinker with good problem –solving skills
