Job Title: Operational Manager
The Daily Monitor is recruiting candidates for the vacant position above.
Responsibilities
• Organize and proactively manage debt collection in liaison with control and coordinate the debt ledger .
• Prepared Radio internal and external logs for invoicing reconciliation
• Coordinates with other departments to ensure conducive work environment for the commercial team
• Ensure good service to internal customers
Qualifications
• A bachelor’s degree in a business related field . A professional /post graduate qualification in Business Administration or Sales and Marketing would be an added advantage
• At least 3 years of experience in an operations role , preferably in Media as well as proven experience in meeting targets and managing people
• Good organizational , analytical and problem solving skills
• Flexible and willing to accommodate different attitude
