Job Title: Mentoring Specialist
Enterprise Uganda in partinership with Youth Business International has received a grant from the Department for International Development .
Specific Responsibilities
• Manage the recruitment , matching and training of potential mentees and mentors .
• To provide and publisize the mentoring program .
• To facilitate the efficient running of the mentoring program – includes establishing appropriate procedures and systems , providing a ready ear to all participants to ensure relationships are progressing and keeping every stakeholder informed .
Qualifications
• A Ugandan national with a bachelor’s degree in Economics , Business Administration , social sciences , interprenuership development or a business -related discipline;
• A demonstrable track record in developing and implementing mentoring programs is an added advantage .
