Key Duties
• Coordinate and supervise daily activities of Fund Interviewers
• Quality control : ensuring questionnaires are filled correctly , completely and perform random spot checks
• Check/observe data collection process
• Ensure that team members have all required materials
Required Training
• Degree from recognized institution
• Experience with DBH and AIS preferred
• Previous experience in similar role
• Excellent computer skills
• Ability to provide direction and leadership
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
