Job Summary: The Property Accountant is responsible for ensuring that the financials of the properly are submitted in a timely manner, accurately and reported to the relevant stakeholders as required. This involves ensuring that the tenant and service provider records are correctly captured and recorded. The job incumbent will invoice and receipt tenants, pay service providers and landlords and report back to tenants and the landlord.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
The candidate should possess a Degree in Commerce or business Administration with Professional training up to level 2 of ACCA OR CPA
Three or more years of relevant experience as an accountant
Excellent diction and articulation
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Team work, Service delivery, Results driven, Good work ethic and integrity
