Key Duties and Responsibilities:
General administration of the firm to ensure operational efficiency and profitability;
Ensure all bids are prepared on time and to the desired quality standards as set by the Directors;
Responsible for all HR issues;
Ensure that on-going construction projects are being delivered on time, to quality and cost with proper documentation;
Ensure proper project cash-flow management and CRM,
Ensure proper financial management at the firm to ensure proper accounting documentation, filing of URA Tax returns, production of all relevant financial reports;
Possess high moral standards
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
The candidate should possess a relevant degree (Management, Engineering) from a recognized institution.
At least 2 years' working experience in a management position.
Ability to write proposals with good project management skills
