REPORTS TO: FINANCIAL ACCOUNTANT
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Manage all real estate revenues and expenses pertaining to the fund properties in order to attain a good required rate of return.
The job holder shall be expected to handle all issues pertaining to staff debtors and report to the necessary departments involved.
