Financial Literacy Expert
The German Agency GIZ on behalf of the German Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development , is implementing a program on Financial services for disadvantaged population groups.Responsibilities
• Promotes synergies between different initiatives
• Supports monitoring and evaluation , and general knowledge management (guidance on testing , monitoring and evaluation to stakeholders ,data collection and analysis , sharing of lessons learnt, e.t.c)
• Supports the costing of initiatives
• Where required , provides qualitative support to implementer's of financial literacy initiatives
Qualifications
• University degree (BA) in related field
• At least four years of professional experience in a similar position working on financial literacy
• At least four years professional experience in project management
• Experience in complex stakeholder management
• Good knowledge of the financial literacy sector in Uganda
• Excellent communication skills
