Barclays Bank of Uganda Limited is looking for suitable qualified professionals to join the Bank.Job Title: Lead Generators
Responsibilities
• Deliver exceptional sales performance by identifying and meeting customer needs through selling & cross selling of Bank consumer lending products
• Participate in sales campaigns to meet specific targets
• Comply with general Barclays Operational risk & Rigor requirements e.g Account opening procedures , Health & Safety standards , Know your customer and ant-money lendering regulations
• Ensure that you offer the right products to the customers at all times
• Provide excellent customer customer service at all times when dealing with both external and internal customers
• Share knowledge and experience with other lead Generators in the team
Qualifications
• Minimum of a Diploma
• Competitor product sales experience
