Sales Representative
Description:
HomeHippo (www.homehippo.ug) is a property listing website in Uganda. We have over 30 real estate agents listing properties for sale and to rent in around 60 different areas in Uganda, and the number is increasing very week. We are now seeking a number of sales representatives to join us to expand our business.
Job Description:
1. The job is to sell advertising spaces on the website to local businesses.
2. Some training on how to use our website and selling skills will be given before conducting the sales.
3. The role has a probational period of three months when it's only commission based (OTE UGX 500K per month). At the end of the probation, the candidates who hit the target every month will be hired and will have a basic monthly salary plus the commission.
Requirements:
1. The candidate should be time conscious and target driven.
2. The candidate should a honest person with good communication skills.
3. Some knowledge about using computer and internet is needed. Candidates with IT background is preferable but not a must.
