Oversee the implementation of company policies in the Human Resources Department for national employees.
Plan and coordinate all matters related to staff administration.
Coordinate the implementation of management decisions relating to organizing, appraising, developing and controlling HR administrative matters in the company.
Validate the employees’ salaries and related provisions, deductions and reconciliations in the company’s payroll system.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
The job holder should possess a University degree in Human Resources or Law or equivalent.
The prospective candidate should have at least ten years experience in human resources administration and development.
Solid knowledge of local lab our laws.
Strong interpersonal, organizational and analytical skills.
