Responsibilities:
• Reporting to the Head of Office and responsible for the overall management of the human resource systems and practice within the region providing counsel on procedures and policy interpretation, recruitment and retention strategies and employee relations issues and local employment laws
Responsibilities
• Develop consistent regional HR policy
• Align Human resources strategy and programs with the organization’s strategy
• Manage employees relations practices
• Investigate and resolves external and internal charges of harassment
• Oversee the region’s recruitment and selection practices
• Lead and develop the regional human resources team
Qualification:
• Masters degree in Human Resources Management, Business administration or related field
• 15 years of progressive Human resources experience
• Experience in the development of organizations policies
• Strong interpersonal, persuasion and creative problems solving skills are required
• Working knowledge in English, French and Kiswahili
