• To review
and monitor the implementation of Baylor Human Resource systems and practices
in the attached region in line with existing Baylor Uganda HR policies and
procedures .
Specifications
• A degree
in Human Resource management or industrial /Organizational Psychology with 2
years experience with a reputable international NGO/profit making organization
,and direct experience with government and donor representatives
• Have key
personal competencies in Team and communication skills , networking
