About AHCP:
The Allied health professional’s council was established by an Act of Parliament in 1996, cap 268. The Council is a body corporate with a perpetual succession. It may sue or be sued in its corporate name and subject to this statute may do or suffer all other things and acts as body corporate do or suffer.
Job Summary: The Assistant Records Officer will primarily assist in records management and registration of professionals and health units
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Process and print licenses
Process and print certificates of registration,
Verify documents before billing clients,
Keep proper custody of all documents,
Process applications for registration and licensing,
File all documents
Assist the Records Officer in updating the registers,
Prepare and submit reports to Records Officer on monthly basis
Take care of equipment and accessories in registration process.
Perform other duties incidental to the above assigned from time to time by the supervisor.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
The applicant should have a Diploma in Computer Science, IT, Records Management, or Library and Information Science from a recognized institution,
Additional Certificate in Records management,
A minimum of One year experience from a reputable organization.
