Reports To: Post Bus Supervisor
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist driver to load and off-load mail on/off the bus
Assist Post Bus passengers to embark and disembark
Conduct ticket checks before departure to ensure that all passengers have paid the fare
Assist the driver to assess if the vehicle is in good mechanical condition
Assist the driver to carry out minor repairs on the motor vehicle
Survey and advise driver on existence of passengers
Issue tickets for all passengers and collect company revenues
Account to the Bus Driver, all ticket revenues collected
Ensure secure and intact Mail Delivery
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
The applicant should possess an Ordinary Diploma in a Business related field, preferably Accounting
Possession of a driving license or additional qualifications such as Mechanical Engineering or Accounts will be an added advantage
At least two (2) years experience
Ability to speak and write English
Ability to check minor defects on the vehicle
Possess excellent Customer Care skills
