Job Summary: The HR Services Delivery Manager will oversee Umeme’s operations and continuous improvement of the HR solutions landscape to offer real time support to the business units while ensuring HR priorities are delivered seamlessly.
Responsibilities:
Charged with the design and manage the best in class employee HR experience from onboarding through to exit.
Deliver impeccable line management experience with the HR services suit and growing competencies of subordinates.
Generate and own HR Analytics to drive organizational decision making.
Oversee all contracted labour in the business through the various account managers of the body shops.
Develop and manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with departments to guarantee a minimum acceptable standard of performance.
Qualifications,
The ideal candidate for the HR Services Delivery Manager must be a Seasoned HR generalist with practical experience in managing large teams
The applicant must also possess a basic Human Resource Degree or a degree in a related discipline.
Skills and Experience:
Possess the ability to engage and involve as well as drive continuous improvement.
Significant experience in dealing with unionized employees, and be able to apply these skills in the delivery of transactional HR activity and line management.
