Uganda aspires to be a middle income country by 2040 but in spite of two decades of progress, continued growth has not benefited everyone. In the north, 46% of the population still lives in poverty; nationally, rural areas remain much poorer than towns. OPEN project (inclusive employment) in Kampala If fundings are secured, this inclusive education project would enable a 30 months visibility and our presence in the field of disability in Uganda, and facilitate the development/promotion of our expertise in victim assistance in its other areas of intervention.
