Qualifications
• A Honors Degree in Civil Engineering .
• A Diploma or relevant post Graduate Degree in Building and Civil Engineering is a must
• A member of a Professional Body /society.
• At least eight years of experience in the planning , construction and maintenance of roads;
• Proven Computer skills
Competencies
• Should have well developed interpersonal and communication skills , strong negotiation skills and ability to cultivate team spirit,
• Must be a person of proven honesty and integrity with no criminal record , result oriented and proactive,
• Should have adequate knowledge of relevant government and donor policies and guidelines ,
• Ability to work independently , work under tight schedules, strong organizational and planning skills , monitoring and quality skills
• Good team building skills
