Job Title: Technical Advisor, Health Systems Strengthening

Key Responsibilities
• Provide guidance , technical assistance and capacity building on HSS activities
• Lead the design and implementation of the capacity building component of local partiners in HSS
• Track progress of HSS activities at sub-national level
• Ensure implementation of project activities in accordance with global HSS principles.
Skills
• Experience with HSS with application to international health priorities such as HIV/AIDS , Tuberculosis, Malaria , maternal and child health and reproductive health required.
• Relevant computer software skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Experience working in Uganda preferred
