Job Title: Area Program Manager -Masindi
Build Africa Uganda an International NGO operating in Uganda seeks to recruit one suitably qualified person for the above position.
Responsibilities
• The job holder will be expected to continually observe the day to day effectiveness of program delivery , noting and reporting any areas where improvements are possible and making sure improvements are possible and making sure improvements are made.
• As a member of BAU’s senior management team, the post holder will play a key role model for staff.
Specifications
• A relevant Master’s degree from a recognized university with at least 5 years demonstrated experience in implementing development projects OR a relevant Bachelor’s degree with at least 10 years in implementing Development projects .
• Experience working with an International NGO, implementing education, Livelihoods , HIV/AIDS and Gender programs is an added advantage .
• Experience of developing , maintaining and overseeing project design ,monitoring and evaluation frameworks and KPLs.
