Job Title: Health Specialist
Compassion International is an evangelical Christian Child Development NGO that for over sixty years has existed as an advocate for children, to release them from poverty and enable them to become responsible and fulfilled Christian Adults .
Duties
• Interprets and contextualizes global physical development and health parameters as captured in the PFM.
• Participates in the design and utilization of the Monitoring and Evaluation Process for physical development outcomes. Collaborates with key stakeholders and analyzes reports and epidemiological trends .
• Delivers learning opportunities within the health specializations. Delivers training on different platforms/blended learning to mid-to-large group events .
Knowledge
• Mature Christian , based on evangelical Christian values ,a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and above reproach in integrity and honesty.
• University masters level degree or equivalent experience , in Public Health , human medicine or Nursing .
• Three years experience in primary and preventive health care field .
• Ability to network and build partinership opportunities with other organizations .
• Maintains current/valid drivers license.
