Centenary bank is the leading commercial Micro Finance Bank in Uganda serving over 1300,000 clients (a quarter of the banking population in 58 branches spread country wide. The bank is process of identifying competent individuals to fill the above position

Open allocate references numbers and maintain an updated register of the files inventory in line with the Banks record management policy
Sort register classify and file records in line with the Bank Record Management Policy
Receive and dispatch outgoing mail/documents files per the policy and best practice
Carry out file weeding exercise and update the dormant and or archives section as per existing guidelines regulations and best practice
File correspondence keep safe custody of records and organize registers in line with the Banks policy

Organize control and review recorded management system of the bank in line with the Banks Policy
Establish department records management needs and sensitize Bank staff engaged in records policy of the Bank

Degree in Librarianship or Records Management
Post Graduate Diploma or certificate in records management will be an added advantage
Proficiency in automated records management systems will be an added advantage

2years in the same filed
Successful track record in implementing RMS
