A leading pharmaceutical distribution company in Uganda with over 6 years experience in the business is seeking to recruit the above

Responsibilities
Create a strategic vision to achieve business sales targets and ensure that company resources are effectively allocated
Establishing marketing strategy objectives and plans to achieve the sales targets and profitability
Integration of business imperatives with company marketing research competitor analysis and business development including successful introduction of new products on the Ugandan market




Expansion of the distribution network in Uganda
Regular reporting to stakeholders and principals
Establishing sale incentives strategies
And other duties assigned to you

Qualifications
Degree in a relevant area
Post graduate training in sales management or MBA or CIM would be an added advantage
At least 5 years pharmaceutical sales experience and at least 2 of which should have been at a supervisor level
Brand or product management and development experience would be and added advantage
