Skills
• Good knowledge of human resource management and employment practice in the transport sector .
• Should be acquainted with the latest concepts of strategic Human Resource Management (Human Resource Manpower planning , costing of Human Capital , training and development , performance , management systems , thorough understanding of the relevant labour Acts and regulations ).
• Should have good administrative and liaisoning skills.
Competencies
• Good interpersonal and team working skills
• Knowledge of computer and computer based accounting packages
• Ability to work beyond the normal call of duty and to meet deadlines.
Qualifications
• Bachelors degree in Law , Social Sciences or related field and additional professional qualification such as ICSA from recognized institution is added advantage .
• At least 3 years in similar position but with a busy organization .
