Job Title: Data Specialist, TB
Management Sciences for Health (MSH) is an international non-profit , public health organization with headquarters in USA, whose purpose is to strengthen health programs worldwide.
Responsibilities
• Coordinate with Districts to ensure that their TB treatment facilities report and order for TB drugs in a timely manner; follow up on reporting from districts to ensure complete and accurate data is submitted
• Work with relevant staff at NTLP to enter data in all existing databases (Supply Chain Manager ,Pipeline and quick books or any other databases developed); and to maintain back up CDs of the NTLP databases
• Work with NMS sales team to ensure that distribution reports are provided to the NTLP,and that facility orders are processed and dispatched to facilities in a timely manner as per established NMS schedule
Qualifications
• Bachelors degree in statistics , IT, degree in a medical field or related field
• 3 years experience with medicines logistics /inventory management information systems is an advantage
• 3 years experience in data management
• Willingness to be flexible and adopt to changing priorities and shifting deadlines
• Strong organizational, teamwork and team building skills
