Responsibilities
• He will report to incumbent HR Manager and will be an essential part of the senior management group.
• He/she will lead a team of HR personnel in providing the spectrum of HR services to the Company , focusing particularly on the development of human potential and the maintenance of good industrial relations .
Qualifications /Requirements
• Candidates should possess relevant qualifications and have broad-based experience with a strong bias towards IR, be seeking increased responsibilities having already gained not less than a large workforce .
• He/She should be able to demonstrate an innovative but purposeful and business -oriented approach to HR issues .
• Computer skills will be an added advantage.
• An attractive remuneration package will be negotiated with the successful candidate.
