 Responsibilities:
• Develop annual sales plans to ensure effective implementation on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
• Oversee and supervise the upcountry based sales teams on consistent performance and productivity in order to achieve budget sales volumes
• Initiate, develop cross functional innovations for product- market development in order to promote content driven sales ideas for the base platforms.
• Ensure financial and operational efficiencies for all upcountry Advertising, and Printing sales activities
• Ensure the planned sales, collections targets for Advertising, and Printing sales are met on a weekly basis
• Grow clientele acquisitions and retention through routine visits and interactions in order to win top of mind and preference for all Vision Group products and revenue streams.



• Define, identify and interpret Business opportunities and threats in the region to management with recommended interventions
• Ensure Client Relationship Management (CCRM) for all existing and potential customers in the region
• Develop an effective, updated and accessible customer data bank covering the entire regional Market composition
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Senior Sales Manager-Regional Business

Qualifications,
• The applicant must have at least three years’ experience in advertising sales or Business to business (B2B) sales process management, Business degree from a recognized university

Skills &Experience:
• Excellent analytical, planning and implementation skills
• Highly self-driven dynamic personality
• Computer proficiency skills i.e. Knowledge of PowerPoint, excel and can quickly adapt to available sales management software.
• Additional Professional qualification in sales and marketing an added advantage
• Evidence of innovative and creative mind to be able to provide solution based proposals to clients
