Capacity Building and Organizational
Development Specialist (01 position)
Duty Station; Kampala
Job Purpose:
Reporting to the Partnership Manager, the incumbent is responsible for planning, coordinating, facilitating, monitoring and documenting all Save the Children’s internal and external partnership-related capacity building and OD processes.
The Specialist may be called upon as and when necessary to support the emergency team in cases of humanitarian crisis.
Academic background, Experience & Person Specifications;
• Hold an academic degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Organizational Studies, Pedagogy or other relevant field.
• Have at least five (5) years of documented practical work experience with capacity building/OD processes; and demonstrate robust understanding of organizational dynamics and change processes.
• Have a good grasp of pedagogical principles and teaching methodologies.
