Job Title: Senior Treasurer

Serere District Service Commission is seeking to recruit suitable applicants for the vacant post above.
Qualifications
• An Honors Bachelors Degree in either Commerce (Accounting option) or Business Administration (Accounting option) or Business Studies (Accounting option) or Finance and Accounting plus
• A post graduate Diploma in Financial Management or Business Administration from a recognized Institution.
Duties
• Maintaining control of main and subsidiary accounts ;
• Verifying financial documents and payments to avoid forgeries and fraud;
• Preparing periodic financially statements and reconciliation;
Experience
• At least three years of relevant working experience as Treasurer/Accounting or
• Finance Officer in public or a reputable organization .
